The mission of Finn-Medi Research is to deploy innovation in the development of the Finnish healthcare technology and biotechnology industry. Major programmes coordinated by us include the 100-million-euro BioneXt Tampere programme, the nationwide programme for centres of expertise in health technology and the development of the Finn-Medi centre of expertise, a multidisciplinary environment for innovation and development.
Our development programmes rely on close co-operation with industries and organisations of education, research and development. The aim of the programmes is to strengthen internationally competitive top expertise, create new jobs and generate sales. Finn-Medi Research is in charge of making project preparations, co-ordinating and establishing co-operation relations with domestic and international companies and organisations. Our customers and stakeholders find our model of operation to be the most efficient one.
